| Prof. Meixia Tao, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, ChinaMeixia Tao (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2003.,She is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Her current research interests include wireless caching, edge computing, physical layer multicasting, and resource allocation.,Dr. Tao was a recipient of the 2019 IEEE Marconi Prize Paper Award, the 2013 IEEE Heinrich Hertz Award for Best Communications Letters, the IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC) 2015 Best Paper Award, and the International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP) 2012 Best Paper Award. She also received the 2009 IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award. She has served as the Symposium Oversight Chair of IEEE ICC 2019, the Symposium Co-Chair of IEEE GLOBECOM 2018, the TPC Chair of IEEE/CIC ICCC 2014, and the Symposium Co-Chair of IEEE ICC 2015. She is also serving as the Editor-at-Large for the IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society. She has served as a member of the Executive Editorial Committee of the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications from 2015 to 2019. She was also on the Editorial Board of several other journals as an Editor or a Guest Editor, including the IEEE Transactions on Communications and the IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications. |
Prof. Yuanwei Liu, The University of Hong Kong, ChinaYuanwei Liu (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, in 2011 and 2014, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Queen Mary University of London, U.K., in 2016. He was with the Department of Informatics, King’s College London, from 2016 to 2017, where he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. He has been a Lecturer (an Assistant Professor) with the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, since 2017. His research interests include 5G wireless networks, the Internet of Things, stochastic geometry, and matching theory. He has served as a TPC Member for many IEEE conferences, such as GLOBECOM and ICC. He received the Exemplary Reviewer Certificate of the IEEE Wireless Communication Letters, in 2015, and the IEEE Transactions on Communications, in 2017. He currently serves as an Editor for the IEEE Communications Letters and IEEE Access. |

| Prof. Yong Zeng, Southeast University, ChinaYong Zeng (Fellow, IEEE) received the Bachelor of Engineering (with First-Class Hons.) and Ph.D. degrees from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.,He is a Full Professor with the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, China, and also with Purple Mountain Laboratories, Nanjing, China. From 2013 to 2018, he was a Research Fellow and a Senior Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Lecturer with the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, The University of Sydney, Australia. He has published more than 160 papers, which have been cited by more than 25,000 times based on Google Scholar. He is the recipient of the Australia Research Council Discovery Early Career Researcher Award, the 2020 IEEE Marconi Prize Paper Award in Wireless Communications, the 2018 IEEE Communications Society Asia–Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award, the IEEE Communications Society Heinrich Hertz Prize Paper Award in 2017 and 2020, the 2021 IEEE ICC Best Paper Award, and the 2021 China Communications Best Paper Award. He was listed as Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate Analytics for five consecutive years from 2019 to 2023. He serves as an Editor for IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Communications Letters, and IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology, a Leading Guest Editor for IEEE Wireless Communications on “Integrating UAVs into 5G and Beyond” and China Communications on “Network-Connected UAV Communications”. He is the Symposium Chair for IEEE Globecom 2021 Track on Aerial Communications, the Workshop Co-Chair for ICC 2018–2023 Workshop on UAV Communications, and a Tutorial Speaker for Globecom 2018/2019 and ICC 2019 tutorials on UAV Communications. |
