| Prof. Yonghui Li, University of SydneyIEEE FellowYonghui Li is now a Professor and Director of Wireless Engineering Laboratory in School of Electrical and Information Engineering, University of Sydney. He is the recipient of the Australian Research Council (ARC)Queen Elizabeth II Fellowship in 2008 and ARC Future Fellowship in 2012. He is an IEEE Fellow. His current research interests are in the area of wireless communications, with a particular focus on IoT, machine to machine communications, MIMO, millimeter wave communications, channel coding techniques, game theory, machine learning and signal processing. Professor Li was an editor for IEEE transactions on communications, IEEE transactions on vehicular technology and guest editors for several special issues of IEEE journals, such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE IoT Journals, IEEE Communications Magazine. He received several best paper awards from IEEE conferences. He has published one book, more than 300 papers in premier IEEE journals and more than 150 papers in premier IEEE conferences. His publications have been cited more than 20000 times. |
Prof. Lei Wang, Dalian University of Technology, ChinaIEEE/ACM Member, CCF Senior Member Professor Lei Wang is the Vice Dean and a Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Software, Dalian University of Technology. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Ubiquitous Networks and Software Services, and the Director of the DUT-Zhangzidao Group Joint Laboratory. He received his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Tianjin University in 1995, 1998, and 2001, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Seoul National University (2006) and Washington State University (2007). Earlier in his career, he worked at Bell Labs Research China (2001–2004) and Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, Korea (2004–2006). He is a member of the Expert Working Group of the National Science and Technology Program for Road Safety (the 12th Five-Year Plan) initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. Professor Wang is a member of both the IEEE Computer Society and the IEEE Communications Society, as well as a Professional Member of ACM. He is a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), a committee member of the CCF Technical Committee on Wireless Sensor Networks, and the Executive Vice Chair of ACM Dalian Chapter. His research interests include the Internet of Things, wireless networks, and network security. He has led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Programs), one project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province, and several industry-funded projects, including a Nokia Global Fund project. He has also been involved as a principal investigator in a sub-project under the National Key Research and Development Program of China. He has published over 90 academic papers, including high-impact publications such as those in INFOCOM, with total citations exceeding 1,700. |

Director of Dalian Key Laboratory of Smart Medicine and Health, Director of Liaoning Beidou High Precision Location Service Technology Engineering Laboratory; Executive director of China Computer Automatic Measurement and Control Technology Association, director of china computer federation, outstanding member, head of smart health technology innovation demonstration base of China Smart City Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, senior member of China Artificial Intelligence Society, and chairman of Dalian Computer Society. Prof. Zhaowen Qiu, Northeast Forestry University, ChinaProfessor Zhaowen Qiu is a Visiting Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University. He serves as the Chairman of the Heilongjiang Smart Medical Imaging Industry Technology Innovation Alliance and as the Director of the Heilongjiang Medical Imaging 3D Visualization and 3D Printing Engineering Technology Research Center. He is also the Chairman of Tuomeng Technology and holds multiple roles within the China Computer Federation (CCF), including Director, Distinguished Member, Standing Committee Member of the CCF Technical Committee on Computer Applications, Executive Committee Member of the CCF Digital Medicine Branch, and Executive Committee Member of the CCF Harbin Chapter. Additionally, he is a Director of the Heilongjiang Computer Society and Deputy Director of its Intelligent Healthcare Special Committee. His primary research focuses on artificial intelligence and virtual reality. He has led 18 major projects, including those funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology Central Guidance Fund and key R&D initiatives in Heilongjiang Province. He holds 12 national invention patents and has authored one monograph as editor-in-chief. As first or corresponding author, he has published 20 SCI papers in prestigious journals such as Nature Machine Intelligence, Nature Communications, IEEE TPAMI, and IEEE TMI. His accolades include one Second Prize in the National Teaching Achievement Awards, two Second Prizes in Higher Education Teaching Achievements of Heilongjiang Province, and one First Prize in Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress. |
